For most of training for an upcoming Ironman I was continuously feeling fatigued mentally and physically. I looked for any solution and finally landed on Aero. Quality pre-workout. Doesn’t give that annoying buzzy, lightheaded feeling. Results are awesome!
It gives energy for trainings/races! It can be a little chalky at times but tastes fairly good.
